Online yoga classes can be just as effective as in-person sessions when done right. With My Yoga Vibe, our expert instructors guide you step-by-step during live sessions, offering feedback to ensure you’re on the right track. You can practice comfortably at home while staying consistent with your routine.

Do I need prior yoga experience to join?
  1. Not at all! We welcome everyone, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Our beginner-friendly classes and personalized guidance make it easy to get started and build confidence.
Can I practice yoga even if I’m not flexible?

Yes! Yoga isn’t about being flexible; it’s about building flexibility, strength, and mindfulness over time. Our classes are designed to help you gradually improve your range of motion while accommodating your current abilities.

I am a yoga beginner. Which yoga style should I start with?

We recommend starting with Hatha Yoga. It’s slow-paced, with poses held for a few breaths, and often includes breathing exercises and meditation. It’s great for improving posture, reducing stress, improving sleep quality, and building strength and flexibility.

What equipment do I need for my home practice?

Just a yoga mat, comfy clothing, and a water bottle!

When is the best time to do yoga?

The best time to practice yoga depends on your personal schedule and energy levels. Many people prefer early morning sessions to energize their day or evening sessions to relax and unwind. The key is consistency. With My Yoga Vibe, you can choose a time that suits you, as our live classes and pre-recorded sessions are designed to accommodate different schedules.

How long are the yoga classes?

Each class lasts approximately 60 minutes—just the right amount of time to energize you without taking too much from your day.
