The diagnosis took ten minutes.

Nobody told you what to do next.

Somewhere in the last year or two, a report came back and something finally had a name — then a prescription, and "come back in six months."

What you're living with What you've already tried
PCOS or PCOD diagnosed years ago and never really managed
A thorough gynaecologist, and a prescription that manages the numbers
Thyroid numbers that are “controlled” while your energy isn’t
A dietitian whose plan didn’t survive your travel week
Perimenopause arriving earlier than anyone warned you
A gym membership on autopay
A core and pelvic floor that never came back after pregnancy
An online batch with twenty-five squares on screen, where nobody watched your knee
A back, neck and shoulders shaped by nine hours at a desk
Physiotherapy that settled the flare-up but not the cause
Sleep that broke and never repaired itself
YouTube at 6 a.m., with nobody checking your alignment

None of it was wrong. It was just fragmented. You need one practitioner who holds the whole picture, sees you three times a week, and adjusts as your body responds.

Concerns we build programmes around

Every programme starts from a named concern, not a class timetable. The sequencing is chosen for your condition before your first session is designed.

Read FAQs
How is this different from a regular online yoga class?

A regular class teaches the same sequence to everyone in the room. We start with a one-to-one assessment, build the sequencing around your named health concern — PCOS, thyroid, perimenopause, postpartum, pelvic floor, back or knee pain — and rewrite it as your body responds. It is women-only, live, and never a recording. If your concern has a name, the practice should be named too.

Can a live online session really be therapeutic?

Yes — because it is one-to-one and live, with an instructor watching only you. Members often tell us they are corrected more here than they ever were at the back of a studio class. You practise in your own space, with no commute, and your instructor sees your alignment on screen and adjusts in real time.

I am on medication for thyroid, PCOS or blood pressure. Can I still join?

Please stay on it, and please tell us at the assessment. This programme is designed to work alongside your doctor’s care, never in place of it. Your prescriptions, reports and gynaecologist’s advice are the starting point of your plan, not something we work around. Bring your last blood panel if you have one.

Why is there a ₹99 assessment instead of a free demo class?

Because a demo class tells you very little and tells us nothing. 45 minutes, one-to-one with a practitioner, going through your history, symptoms, medication and what you actually want to change — that is what makes week one useful. The ₹99 is credited in full against your first month, and if we are not the right fit for you, we will say so on the call and refund you.

I have almost no flexibility and I have not practised in years.

That is the normal starting point here, not the exception. Most women arrive after a diagnosis, a pregnancy, a surgery, or a decade at a desk. The assessment exists precisely so that your first session meets your body where it currently is, rather than where a syllabus assumes it should be.

My work is unpredictable. What if I miss sessions?

Sessions are rescheduled within the same week, not forfeited. You choose your three days and your time window at the assessment, and they are held for you for the month. Three days a week is deliberately chosen so the programme survives a difficult one — travel, quarter-end, a child’s exam week.
