My Yoga Vibe was born from my personal journey of striving to balance career, family, and personal well-being. While working long hours in the corporate world, I discovered that yoga wasn’t just a form of fitness—it became my sanctuary.

Over the past decade, I’ve transformed this personal practice into a professional path. I am a certified RYT-200, RYT-300, RYT-500, and RYT-1000 yoga instructor, as well as a certified pre- and postnatal yoga coach. I have also completed in-depth studies in women’s wellness, with a special focus on the anatomy and physiology of the female body. This has deepened my ability to support women through all stages of life—be it pregnancy, postpartum, or hormonal transitions.

In recognition of my dedication to the field, I’ve been honored with a Doctorate in Yoga Philosophy. I’ve had the privilege of guiding over 500 individuals on their wellness journeys, helping them find strength, clarity, and healing through yoga—just as I did.

My mission is simple: to help others experience the transformative power of yoga, both physically and emotionally
