With 10 years of experience in the field of nutrition, I have had the opportunity to work as a functional nutritionist as well as clinical nutritionist in different hospitals, gym, and corporate. My diverse background has equipped me with a holistic understanding of nutrition' s impact on overall health and well being. I have worked with different people and helped them to overcome their health issues like PCOS, PCOD, weight management, stress management, postmenopausal, prenatal, postnatal care etc. I am deeply committed to making a positive difference in people's lives through personalized nutrition strategies .
